After finalizing his commercial apprenticeship at Hoechst AG in 1980, Sven was selected for a corporate scholarship at the University for Applied Sciences in Mainz and obtained his degree in business administration (Diplombetriebswirt [FH] ) , specializing in accounting, taxation and general Management.During his carrier of over 30 years at HOECHST AG , Aventis Corporate Research and Technology and CLARIANT International , Corak Consulting ltd. and various interims positions as CFO / managing Director in VC financed companies he gained extensive commercial and technical experience within in the areas of sales and marketing, logistics, management accounting, controlling, treasury, corporate planning, change management, commercial IT systems, research and development as well as spin off and merger activities. He acquired profound business management know how in specialty chemicals as well as life science / biotech and semiconductor area.Co-founder and CFO of Diagnostic Company Sens ID GmbH ( www.sens-id.com ) and diverse other start ups in Life Sciences , CEO for reframing process in semi conductor Company Innolume GmbH -(www.innolume.com) and Renewable Energies / Grinol GmbH. Additonally he acquired expertise as a rating advisor (Dortmund International Business School) as well as a Business coach.Sven is a member of a Mecklenburg-Vorpommern state government strategy Team Health Industry and looking specially after Transfer processes from universities towards economy.
