Responsibilities• Acquiring new projects in line with company’s vision and set targets. • Defining, developing, adapting and improving brand-image and marketing strategy. • Recruiting, managing, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team of sales engineers and PR/marketing team. • Preliminary design scope of challenging architectural building envelops with an emphasis on glass and steel bespoke solutions. Including fast-track delivery, value-engineering, innovation, strategic design and alternative optimization. • Starting, maintaining and improving relations with clients (contractors/developers/real estate owners, architects, building consultants and suppliers. Emphasis on the Netherlands, United Kingdom. • Tender and Contract preparation and negotiation. Defining costs, risks and opportunities for potential projects. Defining and presenting technical design, costs, process, procurement strategy, programme and method statement to clients. Negotiating contracts in NL, UK, IE, NO, IL for Design and Build of challenging building envelopes.• Next to this role I was part of the team developing and managing a revised company operating model & scale-up strategy.
