Additionally, my experience will highlight my dedication to client satisfaction and the ability to go above and beyond to achieve my and my team's goals.I am a 3rd-year History and Political Science major at the University of Waterloo, specializing in International Relations, a field of study I am most passionate about. My primary focus is how our past political and historical narratives drive and impact our lives today. More specifically, I am interested in studying this relationship in the context of the Cold War and contemporary Canadian politics. In both these areas I have written and published via student organizations through the University of Waterloo and am pursuing formal publication opportunities as well.Aside from full-time work, I give my professional time to the University of Waterloo History Society as a leadership member, and to the Waterloo Historical Review, a student peer-reviewed academic journal, as an associate editor and outreach coordinator. In the past, I have also given my time to the Ontario Mock Trial Association, a group dedicated to making legal education and networking accessible for aspiring, current and former law students as their Communication Executive.
