Foundation Business Administrator
Current* Serve as subject matter expert and product owner of Foundation Firm Intelligence platform. * Manage daily operations, system configuration, ensure data integrity. Responsible for features backlog management, roadmap planning, end-user training, reporting and ongoing support functions. * Collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders to formulate strategies that leverage the platform effectively, to bolster business growth, enhance knowledge management, and achieve firm’s client service objectives.* Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement to optimize data quality, data standards and existing taxonomy. * Customize client and matter profiles, fields, search views and filters, build dynamic reports to continuously improve user experience.* Support existing and future integrations of Foundation with internal and external data sources (in partnership with firm’s IT data team). * Advise leadership on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, vendors and outside service providers related to the experience management program.
