Stuart Johnson is a commercial real estate attorney with over 25 years of experience with real estate transactions and litigation, including almost a decade at a large, national law firm. Stuart largely works with family office clients, whose assets, collectively, total over $1 billion. Stuart has extensive experience with commercial real estate purchases, sales, leases, and financing transactions. In addition, Stuart has successfully litigated over a dozen cases to a final decision in private arbitrations, jury trials, and bench trials. Stuart obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his B.A. in Economics from UCLA. Stuart was a full-time extern law clerk for Judge Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and for Superior Court Judge Richard C. Neal.
