Alongside the research project, I played a pivotal rôle in the upkeep and management of a commercial atomic layer deposition system (ALD), by diagnosing system problems, assisting in repairs and maintenance and.

Development of a software module in collaboration with the Canadian Space Agency for integration into the Apogee open-source software. The module provides satellite orbit determination and propagation from GPS data and TLEs using the Orekit library.During this time, I gained working knowledge in satellite orbital mechanics and some of the issues.
