I am responsible for how the entire store runs, which includes providing legendary customer service, cash management, assisting managers in administrative operations, facilitating smooth shifts, overseeing baristas and developing them in their roles, motivating the team to achieve sales goals, and promoting myself as a positive role model to my peers.

I was responsible for helping prepare meals for customers by prepping ingredients and setting up assembly stations, as well as acting as a sales representative to bring in new customers. I helped open two new store locations, where I established our store's place in the surrounding community and attracted new clientele that kept coming back.
