( Keltech Energies Ltd is involved in the manufacturing of cartridge explosive,bulk emulsion explosive ,expanded perlite, mono methyl amine nitrate chemical and penta ery thritol tetra nitrate ( PETN ) explosive. ENGINEER ( MAINTENANCE)• Responsibility for planning of preventive maintenance plan , implementation of same and maintaining records.• Regular monitoring and attending all general mechanical maintenance,breakdown maintenance and lubrication of machinery and equipments.• Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, blower ,reciprocating compressor, screw compressor ,DG sets,chillers and 1 TPH boiler.• Maintenance of process equipments like nitrator,granulator,fume off tank,blender,spinning machines,screw conveyor,extruder,expander tube and bag filters.• Spare parts planning and management.• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

• Assumed responsibility for planning & monitoring double roll crusher, conveyor belts, D&R screen, disliming screen, heavy media bath and heavy media cyclone using magnetite as media material for coal washing. • Maintenance of double roll crusher,heavy media bath,vibrating screen,D&R screen,slurry pumps,heavy media pump,dilute media pump,conveyor belts,Gear box,air compressor,wet drum magnetic separator,high rated thickner,hydro cyclone and plant machinery.• Process & Operation of the plant and equipment of coal handling plant e.g. Track hopper,belt conveyors,vibrating screen,travelling tripper,reject bucket elevator.• Operation and maintenance of coal washery of capacity 2 & 4 MTPA .The plant operates on heavy media bath and BATAC JIG technology.• Participated in project execution , erection and comissioning of coal washery plant of capacity 2 MTPA. The Plant operates on the Heavy Media Cyclone Technology.

( REAL is involved in Engg, procurement and construction business )MATERIAL COORDINATOR• Responsible for analyzing the materials requirement in terms of quality & quantity for the various units of the company.• Active involvement in procuring raw materials.• Ensure smooth co-ordination for quality/ quantity inspection of material as per standards.• Coordinate with the Suppliers/ Vendors and other department to ensure appropriate quantity and quality of materials from the sourced vendors.
