• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process (Campus Recruitment & Corporate Recruitment) for the aligned business and for candidate management throughout the process • Work with senior members of the recruiting team, to establish a consistent recruiting approach that matches other top-rated professional service firms• Support program management processes including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion• Perform & develop tracking system updates, recruitment metrics reports and budget planning. • Develop Internship Program and manage the candidate process for the Summer Internship Program• Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives• Correlate with recruiting assistants and others to confirm all candidates receive appropriate care and attention• Coordinate Multiple round of interviews, including but not limited to identifying and arranging interviewers, arranging schedules and overseeing the offer decision process• Moderate and conduct interviews and assessments, manage pre-onboarding engagement and onboarding process to ensure a seamless induction experience for all hires and interns• Contact candidates and have a detailed discussion about their roles and the kind of opportunity they are seeking• Design and post job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (In terms of responsiveness, quality and costs) and execute the open requisition as per the given timelines• Inform senior leadership of recruiting successes and challenges and advising them on solutions and recruiting strategy accordingly• Reduce risk and protect the company’s brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in the recruiting practices• Sourcing candidates from various resources like headhunting, job portals, references, and networkingsites
