- Plan Spring Sing at UCLA, an annual, high profile musical talent show with over 11,000 students, alumni, celebrity guests, and other guests in attendance - Design all aspects of the concert stage and arena layout, including screen usage, lighting, and concourse logistics- Recruit, hire, and manage a stage crew of around 10-15 individuals, and conduct weekly meetings to ensure that the night of the show runs as smoothly as possible- Participate in the selection process of the 15 musical acts out of over 100 applicants and oversee the management and production of these acts
