As a Deputy Sales Manager at Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd, I lead a team of six to seven employees and oversee the PAN India operations and dealer network for three chemical products. I am responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of the products, as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships. I have more than eight years of experience in the chemical industry, and I have successfully increased the sales volume and market share of the products in my region.My core competencies include Logistics Management, Direct Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP Business One, EBT, GAP analysis, and market forecast. I use these skills to plan, execute, and monitor the sales and marketing strategies, as well as to train and support the sales team. I also play a key role in the SAP Business One Implementation Team for the Sales and Marketing Module. I am passionate about chemistry and I have a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from VELS University.
