Its headquarters are located in Ageo, Saitama, Japan.As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I am responsible for* Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various engineering positions within UD Trucks* Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to identify potential candidate* Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods such as job postings, networking events, and social media platforms* Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and perform reference checks to determine the qualifications and fit of potential candidates* Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires* Maintaining relationships with current and potential candidates, as well as industry professionals* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments and participating in job fairs and other recruiting events

• Gather job specifications from Technical Managers/Senior Directors along with job descriptions and skill requirements.• Daily sync ups with Hiring Managers/Directors/BU heads, ensure delivering the best quality resumes• Strong track record in partnering with Hiring Managers in filling both technical and non-technical positions• Source and screen the profiles to meet the requirement thoroughly• Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective• Conduct initial phone screening of the most suitable/interested candidature and submit them for hiring manager's review• Follow-up of the shared profiles for tracking the status of selection or rejection• Conduct and coordinate panel interviews on different modes such as Telephonic, Google Meet/Zoom, in-house and walk-in interviews• Responsible for closing all the active requirements of assigned BUs within the SLA• Maintaining active talent network of passive job seekers via LinkedIn, Facebook• Vendor Management – Interact with staffing partners on open requirements and candidate pipeline• Responsible for regular follow-up with the offered candidates until they are onboard• Hiring for Niche skills such as: AUTOSAR Integration, C#, embedded C, MATLAB/ SIMULINK, MBD, CAD/ CAE, Software Architects, Functional Safety Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers• Handled Software Engineer till Project Manager/ Software Architect levels• Maintaining database of candidate called, rejected and offered for future requirement.• Maintaining resume databank and weekly, monthly backup.
