Responsibilities:• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring goals and objectives.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and expectations for open positions.•Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to attract qualified candidates.•Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.•Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.•Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.•Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.•Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape.

Sourcing suitable CVs, doing the initial screening of resume and over phone, Mass mailing and job posting when required.5). Uploading the suitable CVs either on portal or forward to Client Recruiter.6). To source, screen and deliver qualified candidates for Pan India requirements using Job Portals.7). Communicating and arranging the interview scheduling for the short-listed candidates.8). Doing follow-ups with the CRM and candidate.9). Follow up with the candidate and the client till joining.10).
