About Swarup Dutta

I lead Precision Oncology & Molecular Dx (Genomics program) as part of BD efforts of Karkinos Molecular Dx thereby showcasing our commitment to further accessible & affordable testing solutions in cancer management and drive CGP priorities for patients. I also handle multi-stakeholder projects- building clinical programs, drive customer facing priorities, manage JV-Alliance partnerships and coordinate new initiatives within the network. My prior experience in clinical diagnostics and precision oncology spans launch of genetic testing capabilities, driving customer share of voice, advocacy and ability to mobilize resource deployment at various levels.This involves key understanding of the genomic diagnostic market and drive awareness for such testing among clinicians and HCPs.I have evolving pharma experience of new product launch, customer orientation and market preparation. My skills are directed towards strategic customer focus, building newer innovations to simplify processes and enhance efficiency at all levels in the organization.I strongly believe in welcoming diversity at work and hence appreciate new challenges everyday.
