As a Fresher Architect, I was given an opportunity to independently work on the design and execution of few Residential Projects, where I gained experience in understanding the client’s needs and learned to communicate & coordinate with various Consultants, Site Contractors and Vendors.Apart from Individual Projects, I assisted in the Renovation of a large scale Commercial Project, Food and Entertainment City(MDDA), Dehradun and got a chance to grasp the functionality of Primary, Secondary and Senior Level Schools thereby drafting the Submission and Working Drawings of various International and upcoming Global Schools in Delhi NCR region.Here, I also participated in Conceptual Planning of a proposed Government Housing, Gangtok, Sikkim and lastly designed the exterior landscaping of a Farmhouse of Gaurs Group along with its Site Execution.

As an Intern, I was a part of conceptual planning and presentation of Government Projects, namely ‘Expansion of District Courts, Rohini’ and ‘Army Headquarters, Ambala’.Here, I majorly worked in planning and designing of an Office cum Commercial Building in Noida and gained experience in Interior Working and Details of Residences in DLF City, Gurgaon. I also assisted in various Architectural Competitions and few Landscape Projects.

Working here gave me a whole new experience in the field of Sustainability and opened the doors to get acquainted with the Green Building Rating Systems namely IGBC Green Homes, LEED and GRIHA.I got a great chance to single-handed work on a project to achieve IGBC Green Homes rating in the Facilitation Department.And managed Site Execution, Site Data Analysis and Documentation to provide a Gold or Platinum Green Building Rating to an on-going project on the basis of LEED (US). I was also involved in an Architecture Project, a factory cum office building, involving Sustainable Designing methods and materials.
