My Job responsibilities involves being a part of client meets before any sign up, understanding the manpower requirement & setting timelines for the Team & short listings profiles sourced by the sourcing team, coordinating with the client, Negotiate salaries with the candidates, Handling Escalations, adherence to close the positions within TAT, being responsible for meeting up the Team Targets. Also responsible for sourcing & successfully achieved the smooth transitioning of Retention & Collection Processes.
