-Provide stationing service in a secondary day school-Interview students individually, in groups, or in families, to assess their problems and needs and determine the types of services and interventions required-Provide counseling to students for promoting personal and interpersonal skills, in order to facilitate them in overcoming academic, emotional, social or family problems-Provide consultation services to students, parents, teachers and student-related committees. -Provide public education to students and parents. -To promote mental wellness and strengthen resilience of students-Early identification and support to students with special educational needs -Cooperate in investigations of suspected cases of child abuse and initiate protective action plans.-Plan and administer groups and programs to help students develop their potentials to the fullest, achieve healthy personal growth, establish harmonious human relationships and elicit their concern for the community-Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and intervention plans for cases. -Serve as members on multi-disciplinary teams of professionals working on welfare planning of the client groups-Mobilize and coordinate community resources for clients, including referral to social organizations that provide financial assistance, medical treatment and other services-Provide crisis intervention, home visits, escort service, outreach service, and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences when necessary.

-Administering and the delivering humanitarian assistance-Interview non-refoulement claimants individually, in groups, or in families, to assess their problems and needs, in order to determine the types of services and interventions required-Provide casework management, counselling, intake, and services referrals for needy individuals including children and families.-Evaluate the effectiveness of casework service-Collaborate with colleagues and our service users in a cross-cultural environment-Networking and bridging with external parties to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of service provision. -Liaise, bargain and mediate with external parties in the purposes of protecting welfare and enhancing quality of life of service users. -Collaborate in investigations of suspected cases of child abuse and initiate protective action plans.-Mobilize and coordinate community resources for clients, including referral to social organizations that provide donation items, medical treatment and other services-Provide crisis intervention, escort service, outreach service, and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences when necessary.-Occasionally mentoring new social workers and counsellors in understanding their job duties and roles.
