As part of the Department of International Cooperation Research in Korea’s leading public think tank on information & communications technology (ICT) policy under the Prime Minister's Office:• Managed 2-3 Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Development projects per year o Partnered with the governments of Serbia, Moldova, Lao PDR and Cambodia o Resulted in 1) the increase of government project budgets by 100%, number of partnering countries by 125%, expansion of 1 region (Africa) in 5 years; 2) the development of mobile/fixed broadband policy in Serbia (’14-’17), adoption of National Program & Management Framework for Cybersecurity in Moldova (’15-’16)• Conducted the ROK-ASEAN Telecommunications Ministers' Meetings and Senior Officials' Meetings for 2 years o Partnered with the ASEAN Secretariat and 10+ countries, supervised a team of 20 delegates, negotiated agendas, communicated with the media, prepared speeches & reports o Resulted in the adoption of ROK-ASEAN cooperation strategy – Provision of Guidelines in the development of mobile applications on smart phones• Surveyed and analyzed 100+ domestic and international organizations to create a comprehensive road map for Korea's ICT Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects• Carried out in-depth research using various methodologies to outline country specific strategies and author 20 ICT ODA Reports (co-published with the Ministry of Science and ICT) in 5 years• Received the Minister of Science and ICT Award (By Minister Young Min Yoo)
