Starting my career at 19 with The Times of India, I gained early exposure to the fast-paced world of media, allowing me to learn and grow from my experiences ahead of many peers.After my time at TOI, I joined GreyMatters Communications & Consulting, where I quickly progressed from Account Associate to Account Manager within two years. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to work closely with government departments, bureaucrats, and ministers on impactful campaigns.One of my key projects was leading the reputation management plan for the Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, during three consecutive flood seasons. Through strategic planning and execution, we helped the department build public trust, secure positive media coverage, and receive widespread appreciation.I also served as the Associate Editor of Bureaucrats India, a platform celebrating good governance. In this role, I managed a network of over 100 bureaucrats, facilitating interviews, interactions, and webinars to highlight their contributions.In addition to these roles, I contributed to several high-profile projects, including being part of the PR team for the Chief Minister of Assam, the Bihar Assembly Elections 2020, the crisis communication efforts during COVID-19, and PR for Bharat Krishak Samaj and Dr. Ajay Vir Jakhar.At Adfactors PR, I currently focus on sectors such as space, technology, education, and sports, continuing to build meaningful narratives and drive results across industries.
