• Responsible for managing an annual civil maintenance fund of nearly8 crores and a crew of 120+ workers from 3 different third partyvendors.• Involved in task prioritization, optimal asset allocation, daily jobplanning, manpower deployment and execution of the job.• Fulfilling financial compliances like creation of annual business plan,ARC services and supply estimation, quarterly milestone tracking,monthly liabilities and planning.• Collaborating with commercial department for finalizing the scope andprices for AMC and Special Revenue Expenditure jobs.• Conducting material planning from assessment of materialrequirements of procurement of respective materials.• Liaison with other concerned department for execution ofworks/material procurement.• Preparation of equipment specification, Bill of Material and PRcreation.• Inventory control• Driving improvement project/Kaizens within the departments undercontrol and in co-ordination with other departments
