I hold a Post Graduate degree in Management from Madras University with a focus on Human Resources and a Master's in Computer Applications from DOEACC Society. With over 22 years of combined experience in the talent acquisition and teaching industries, I have developed 18 years of expertise specifically in talent acquisition in diverse sectors, including Consumer Goods, Consumer Durable, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, BPOs, KPOs, and Information Technology. In my role, I have successfully executed over 150 placements in Business As Usual hiring for three years before transitioning to Diversity Hiring at Flexi Careers India, an Avtar enterprise. Currently, I lead the Women Leadership Practice as well as the Business As Usual Practice.
