Responsible for entering highway driver sheet hours and miles into a database using Trimble Transportation management software, as well as time entry using ADP Workforce Now for clocked and salary staff.Other duties include weekly financial reports to directors, setting up of new employees / terminations. Liaising with WCB and associated agencies, CRA, financial institutions for verification and employee checks. Posting and updating ads in Indeed. Filing and documentation archiving. Interacting with employees, supervisors and managers daily to answer queries and provide solutions for multiple terminals across Alberta and British Columbia.

Responsible for large flat-deck towing, recovery, removal and transportation of vehicles, shipping containers and various equipment within Alberta and BC. Class 5 DL.Specialty Equipment Operator, Hazardous Work, Blood Spills, PPE, WHMIS, SFA-C. Work closely with CPA, RCMP and Calgary Police.

Responsible for the creation and updating of electrical drawings, which include, P&ID's, PFD's, single line, schematic, termination, loop, instrument diagrams, electrical layouts, panel drawings, as well as various mechanical and piping drawings.Experience in lead drafting roles being responsible for delivering the electrical drawingpackages for various projects, which resulted in coming under budget and ahead of projectcompletion deadlines.Preparing drawings for document control and creating transmittals for the client.

Timber delivery to construction, industrial, residential sites and factories all around Melbourne and Victoria, with a heavy rigid license, driving 8 tonne tray tippers and crane trucks.Assisted in the yard with cutting and machining of timber, cleaning work areas. Helped customers with timber orders and loading into vehicles.
