Current• Oversee daily input and output of vendor network manufacturing, cost analytics, days of production, and supply chain risk assessment• Project management lead on over 20 products from concept to launch covering data collection, product styling, photography, assets, copy, pricing, setup, UX, testing, QC, and implementation• Maintain and shorten SLA’s within vendor network especially in Q4 peak season• Developed and implemented new COGS based routing and shipment methods• Onboard development of international vendors, focusing on Southeast Asia and EU/UK, allowing for shorter shipment times to increase customer satisfaction• Created standard operating procedure using project management software to improve product development process• Manage team of production artists, providing instruction and assistance to help them with their priorities • Collaborate with Executive and Digital departments on company roadmap to create more profitability, increased artist signups, and customer retention• Licensing and wholesale process management
