Over the period of of 15 months, the team successfully audited the RAAF's leave balance. Following completion of the leave audit I was selected as part of small 3 person team to undertake an audit and data validation of Air Forces HR system and Payroll data system. The role require expert level Microsoft Excel reporting and analysis. Over a 7 month period the team successfully carried out the data validation. In this role I undertook a period of higher duties where I was required to represent Air Force to Civilian and other Army and Navy stakeholders in negotiations of each services requirements with the roll out of an updated HR system.
