I am a writer through and through since as long as I can remember.Currently working with Southern Cross Austereo.Previously, I have successfully composed effective single and multi-platform campaigns for localand national businesses around New Zealand with MediaWorks Radio New Zealand.Writing has always been a strong passion of mine. Pursuing this has seen me able to branch out to writing about sport for 'SportsFreak.co.nz' and beer for 'Hoppiness.co.nz' too, as well as a range of Mediaworks projects.I co-founded the MediaWorks Moana Network in 2022, which is a network dedicated to celebrating the cultures, languages and tikanga of Māori and Pasifika people. The aim was to be at the forefront of decisions relating to the use of Māori and Pasifika cultures. Ultimately, creating equitable opportunities, and hosting conversations that allow the integration of our voices and correct representation, both internally and externally.I work well collaboratively or individually and conduct myself in a professional manner. I have excellent time management and communication abilities and enjoy building relationships and working with a variety of people – all while enjoying the journey along the way with a willingness to learn and challenge myself.I brighten up the workplace with my wardrobe and my energetic can-do attitude.My career highlights include the following:- Winning the MediaWorks Radio Outstanding Creative Awards for a creative campaign about child abuse.- Highly commended in the MediaWorks Radio Outstanding Creative Awards for a creative campaign for 'The Hangi Pit'.- Third place in the MediaWorks Most Effective Creative Awards for a creative campaign for 'Air Chathams'- Working with an account manager with prospective creative to bring in over $130K worth of advertising revenue with four new clients.- Recognition from the Commercial Director of Mediaworks for my contribution to Creative
