Shift wise production planning- Daily packed productionMonitoring and arrangement of Rectification processes(Roller machine, Reeling, Flexi press, Stretcher operation)Manpower allotment in work centers based on the work priority.Prioritization of work and communication and close coordination with Extrusion, Planning and Dispatch departments.Ensures Packing station and its continuous working.Breakdown monitoring and reporting with concerned department along with assistance in breakdowns.Customer complaints and evaluation, Tracking and analysis of each customer complaints using problem solving tools.Training for new joiners, periodic trainings and kaizen implementation.Ensure 100% safety compliance and establish only safe practices.Warehouse activities monitoring –loading of vehicles, Export container loading using dolly.Updating of machine performances (shift wise) and data collection.Scrap monitoring and feedback with quality department.Heat treatment and furnace load management.Monitoring packing of aluminum extrusions and ensure the SOPs in all the processes.Process monitoring and analysis. (Aging ,Rectification ,Solution heat treatment ,packing, branding, Reeling , Container loading, UT checking, Etching, Hardness and tensile strength testing, stretching, cutting).Documentation- Shift wise packed production, Equipment break down, ISO documents, Near miss reporting, Safety violations, unsafe conditions etc.Implementation of WCM activities and assignments.Preparation of production charts and its display in the allocated places.Monitoring and timely arrangement of material movement.Inventory tracking and OTIF WIP tracking and lead time monitoring. Ensure frugality in spending of consumables and tracking of regular consumables. DIESHOP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork arrangement of all the machine centers.Work planning and communication with charge man.Section drawing preparation, Die order preparation,3D modeling of extrusion dies and related die assembly accessories using CIMATRON and AUTO CAD software. CNC Program preparation for – VMC, WIRECUT , ELECTRODE CUTTING etc. Vacuum furnace operation and management.(VMC ,Wire cut machines, vacuum furnace, Turning, Grinding etc.)Die service area assistance and release of dies for production.Die correction monitoring and updating.Drawing preparation using Auto CAD.Equipment calibration and documentation.Tracking and analyzing die manufacturing lead time.Cost analysis and consumption tracking of different consumables
