Understanding the requirements of the client.• Sourcing candidates using job portals, internal databases, search engines, groups, referralsand head hunting etc. to match client requirement.• Manage recruiting functions including searches for candidates, phone screens, settinginterviews, establishing relationships with clients and candidates.• Screening profiles and interviewing prospective candidates to know the soft skills.• Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude,professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc before setting up to the technical panel.• Following up with the clients for feedback.
