Current- Understanding the requirements of the client.
- Sourcing candidates using job portals, internal databases, search engines, groups, referralsand head hunting etc. to match client requirement.
- Manage recruiting functions including searches for candidates, phone screens, settinginterviews, establishing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Screening profiles and interviewing prospective candidates to know the soft skills.
- Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude,professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc before setting up to the technical panel.
- Following up with the clients for feedback.
