worked as IN integeration/Planning and Operations Expert for Telenor Pakistan.My responsibilites were : Participated in the preparation of Solution architecture design for the Huawei CBS (Convergent Billing System) platform and its disaster recovery Solution for Telenor Pakistan. Particiapted in the planning phase of the NFRS (Non-Functional Requirements) for the CBS platform. Main resource for the Telenor Pakistan to assist technical discusssions between different vendors (NSN, ZTE, Huawei). Particapted in the deisgning/testing/intergation of Huawei EVC platform for Telenor Pakistan. Responsible for the CBS - CS Core scoping with vendors (ZTE, NSN and Huawei). Prepared signaling design for CBS, considering the current traffic die-mentioning and future forecast, redundancy and avoiding any SPOF (Single point of failure). Sole responsible for the integration of ZTE core network with NSN IN platforms. Supporting network integration, infrastructure, and operations team in parallel as an expert.  Actively work with the Vendor when assessing new platforms and also participate in the integration activity when inducting new service platforms or services for the first time. Evaluation of new features and services, testing, verification and integration of new network elements.

Worked as IN Senior Customer Support Engineer for NSN KSA.Supported Zain Iraq and Zain KSA for CARE team. Worked on NSN Charge@once Select 1.5 along with Service Xpress (VOMSXpress, & Criss Xpress) and IPDispatcher for IP-based Communication. @Com integeration with different NEs, alarm monitoring, data management,fault management handling, performance management using @com. Sole Responsible person for the successful migration of Select 1.3 to select 1.5 on customer all platforms having SUN6900 hardware. A key member of team who did successful distribution of PAS-SAS System (ChrisXpress).  Providing 2nd Level support (CARE/NI) to customer (MTC-ZAIN) for daily operation related to IN.(Intelligent Network) Support duties include communication with the Labs and sending the necessary information like logs, traces. Providing on call, remote and online support to the customer. Handling of EME cases. Handling of resolve tickets ( TR,TQ,EME). SUF/Live RSU updates handling and hot patch installation on Live Platform Trace analysis, tickets handling, troubleshooting and resolution of the onsite problems. Bankup and Restore administration/troubleshooting incase of problems.( Networker). Maintain and establish new backup processes and policies as needed. Recommend & implement architectural improvements. Maintain and establish recovery and retention SLA's Perform audits to ensure that all systems are backed up appropriately. Monitor and help maintain backup infrastructure Tariff Administration for the Billing of Prepaid subscribers for Live Platform.

Worked as IN-TAC2 Consultant for NSN KSA, I joined project/care team during the integration phase of Saudi Arabia 3rd 3G mobile operator which is NSN pilot project for SIGTRAN. During this tenure below were my responsibilities: Commissioning & Integration of the new IN Select(C@once 1.3 , 1.5 & 1.6) system(Sun E6900) at ZAIN KSA. (SIGTRAN Pilot Project in NSN History. Acceptance testing and validation of NSN Charge@once Select platform, prepaid service and features to ensure compliance with specification. Translation of customer needs in technical language to different technical departments within organization ( development team, testing team)  SUF update on customer system. Checking of different technical documents ( TPD, DNP, Rspec,Tspec), if required finding the agreed configuration for different parameters related to platform/service, network settings, service behavior and applying the fix if needed. coordinating with different team members of other entities ( NPM,HLR,STP,etc) for the integration/commissioning activities Actively participated in internal testing prior to official acceptance with customer and accordingly suggest/implement parameters optimization after consulting the PL.
