I am a founding partner of Paradigms Unlimited. A learning and development consulting firm working in the field of personal transformation, leadership development and innovation. I have been a facilitator & trainer since 2001. My personal belief is that each individual is a bundle of innate possibilities, and self awareness is the key to exploring and expressing these possibilities. The reason for me to be in this field is simple - 'this work has had a deep impact on my life, it's my privilege to share this journey with others with the intention of them exploring what their journey is meant to be'. I am a traveller and find great inspiration in nature and music amongst other things.
