▪ Collaborated with the Production Management team to ensure day to day projects across allvenues were supported. Responsibilities included generating preproduction packets and dayof show paperwork, onsite coordination of events, assisting the production manager in managing(and managing independently) IATSE Local 1 crew and facilitation with the backline technicianfor shared equipment across campus.▪ Maintained clear and open communication with vendors to ensure their work would be integratedseamlessly.▪ Ran shows onsite, communicating with technicians, artists, producers, and the safety teamas the day unfolded to maintain the smoothest process possible.

▪ Managed ten full-scale productions simultaneously, five in each three-week session, with four in rotating rep andsix outdoors.▪ Led a team of ten professional designers and technicians to create fully staged productions with performers rangingin age from nine to seventeen, with a total theater producing budget of $15,000.▪ Introducing and implementing a camp-wide production schedule, customized and reusable in the future,implementing and leading daily stand-ups and weekly production meetings, coordinating between departments, organizing and leading tech and strike to ensure all involved were working in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.

Responsible for pre-production and production tasks for large scale events, including designing floorplans, building show flows and onsite schedules, coordinating stage transitions, coordinating between venues and vendors, running registration desks, supervising breakout sessions, hiring and leading teams of production assistants, coordinating loading dock schedules, organizing crew accommodations and meals, and managing speakers.Assisted in the production of over forty conferences, upfronts, and national sales meetings, including the American Heart Association's Red Dress Collection, Telemundo’s Upfront, the New York Times conference series, AT&T’s Relevance Conference, Vogue Forces of Fashion Conference, L’Oréal TEDx Conference, and others.

Designed and built an LED floor for use in Fun Home. The floor, made of mdf and plexiglas, was able to create different shapes an images when the LEDs were illuminated but looked like a standard wood floor when they were off. The mdf pieces were locked together using a custom pinning method and the LEDs were laid into grooves cut into the mdf using a Shopbot. The whole system was controlled remotely between two Arduinos using radio frequency links to ensure that the floor could be controlled remotely from the tech booth.
