With 12+ years of experience in local Non-Profit Organizations, I have a passion for helping my community and am always looking for ways to continue to serve. To have a transformational effect on individual lives betters the community as a whole, which in turn benefits myself. The moments in my career that have stuck with me the most were the ones in which I was able to build relationships with the most disadvantaged and vulnerable neighbors, and become a life raft for them. I have learned from those moments that my compassion, my ability to deliver a positive impact, and my enjoyment of the role has led me to want to pursue opportunities in which I can dedicate myself to improving the lives of others.In my current role as Human Resources Generalist, I get to help employees help the community.
