As a Study Abroad Manager, I manage faculty-led and semester Study Abroad Programs that send nearly 300 students abroad each academic year from USD, a nationally ranked leader in internationalization. In this role, I advise and support students before, during, and after their international education experience, facilitate and maintain relationships with international education partners, and build and execute faculty-led programs for USD's Intersession, Spring Break and Summer terms.

In the inaugural role of Coordinator of Residential Life and New Student Programs, I develop, organize, and support University of San Diego’s largest programs reaching 25-3000+ participants, coordinate logistics for 30+ virtual and in-person programs per year within 5 departments, manage a budget of $800,000+, manage recruitment and onboarding efforts for 300+ student leaders and 23 professional staff members with an explicit emphasis on diversity/equity/inclusion, and create and maintain branding and marketing for new student programs.

As an Undergraduate Admissions Administrative Assistant, I served as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families at the University of San Diego. I supported case management and inquiries from prospective parents, students, and guests, generated memos, emails, and reports for admissions process and visitor experience, assisted in training staff members and new hires, and presented on various components of Torero Life and the First-Year Experience at USD.

As Residential Chair, I supervised 10 “head” Residential Assistants leaders through programming and conflict management, supported New Student Orientation which supported 1,300 incoming students at USD, designed and published onboarding materials (digital and physical), helped develop training for 300+ student leaders, and collaborated with vendors, administrators, staff, and faculty to implement a five-day orientation.

Honors Theme Coordinator and Resident Assistant, I managed budget for residential hall programming, reaching 350 students, supervised hall council and creating all programming, provided professional advising for undergraduate students and enforce university policy, and conducted programs on diversity, inclusion, self-care, personal development, and community.

At 4KEEPS, I Independently coded audio-recorded child therapy sessions in English and Spanish (if applicable), entered observational coding data into data management system, was trained in a behavioral observational coding system applied to child therapy sessions for the 4KEEPS Study, conducted literature reviews, and wrote and present article reviews

At Del Mar, I was the primary Winner's Circle/Skybox host where I greet, guide tours, and engage in conversation with sponsors of races and distinguished guests of the Del Mar Racetrack.

At Nile Sisters, I manage refugees' resumes, cover letters, and conducted interview preparation and job search once they reach the United States. This was fueled through their desire to create a sustainable life for themselves.
