DOSE Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit raising awareness about digital justice and online safety to combat technology-facilitated violence. DOSE Initiative’s mission is to eradicate Technology Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV) and to empower individuals, particularly young people and women, to reclaim their online agency. We are dedicated to addressing the pervasive issues of image-based abuse and child exploitation on social media platforms. Through the efforts of the Coalition, we strive to create a safer and more equitable digital world for all.

Data-driven approach as Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) database specialist, providing training, quality troubleshooting and technical assistance for 70+ homelessness service agencies (600+ end-users) and community stakeholders across San Diego County.Host and facilitate large-scale, live and online training for professional audiences, including development and supportive content and apply standard recommendations based on key components of program standards in an accurate and consistent manner.Develop a strategic plan that identifies a wide variety of compliance, fiscal, and monitoring requirements under federal, state, and private policies, training needs, and potential partners that can collaborate to deliver content across San Diego County.In collaboration with Senior Leadership, researched, developed, and wrote updated San Diego CoC HMIS Policies and Procedures in compliance with federal and state laws, including all standard copy documentation used County-wide.Implemented mandatory Privacy, Security, and Ethics training (1st time training) and applied discipline to ensure compliance through audits, file review, and site visits, taking disciplinary actions when needed.Generate approximately $18 million annually on behalf of the San Diego Continuum of Care by assisting on submission of private, federal, and state reports and grant applications.Conduct research and data analysis to execute data-driven statistical reports, presentations and data visualizations with accurate, complete and up to date information while maintaining thousands of confidential data points with strong administrative skills.Managed an extensive data library and maintained thousands of confidential data points.
