Art director at Papillon Montessori School in Miami Beach, FL. Creates and implements innovative curriculum for the entire Art and Science department from Toddler (18 months) to Upper Elementary (5th grade). Works directly with the Head of School and teachers on all levels to create interesting lesson plans dealing directly with the scope and sequence along all subjects and cycle years. Organizes large school wide events, creates invitations, videos, web designs, paperwork, and spreadsheets for varying programs offered within the daily school and after school/summer schedules. Developed educational art lessons for children ages 4-6 years old within the mediums of painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, collage, storytelling, and ceramics. Ensured a innovating, engaging, nurturing and inclusive environment for the children at all times. Engaged the children in a multitude of artistic mediums, activities, and games in order to develop their creativity and imaginations. Set up two art exhibits which showed the students work to colleagues and parents.

Planned and executed art lessons every friday from 3:30 - 5:30 to group of 10-25 students in an after school program. Students are 6-12 years of age.

Planned and executed art lessons to underprivileged children every Saturday from 12:30 - 2:30. to group of 15 children ages 6-13. Organized end of year art school showing children's work the the community, in order to obtain grants for the community center, and allow students families to view there creations.

Assisted third grade classroom teacher in all aspects. Handled behavioural issues, taught certain lessons, graded papers, and taught an art lesson to the class every other week. Built strong connections with students and fellow educators.

Taught portfolio preparation class after school to 7th and 8th grade students, along with one co-teacher. Planned and executed beneficial lesson plans with focus on fine arts technique.
