Program Impact Manager
The focus of my position is the development, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality strategy to support, expand, and sustain Headquarters-hosted affiliate programs (HQAs). Support stakeholder evaluation (youth, parent, and agency surveys) and outcomes reporting.• Create and implement a fundraising strategy in all HQA program communities to garner greater support and sustainability for YVC, including youth leadership, transportation, lunches, facilities, etc. • Designed a grant management system to streamline restricted funding for YVC Headquarters and HQAs. Track communications and outcomes, and manage the release of funds each financial quarter.
