College Equity First,501(c)(3), has a mission to motivate colleges and universities to become places where women and BIPOC students are as safe, valued, supported, developed, and celebrated as other students. We collected, analyzed, and synthesized data to produce the College Equity Index™, an alphanumerical rating system for 105 top private colleges on 19 different criteria as they related to the Black experience on campus. College Equity First regularly presents findings to various professional organizations and media outlets.

Collaborated with Law School Transparency, a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission to increase transparency and consumer information regarding the law school application process by working with the Executive Director to create and launch the PreLaw Platform. Created training modules and recruited instructors for undergraduate prelaw advisors and consultants.

Aided the school during remote COVID online learning, collaborated with other counselors and staff in the Counseling Department, and presented during weekly staff and department meetings. Managed and processed enrollment for 120+ high school juniors and seniors in the Montgomery College dual enrollment partnership through Montgomery County Public Schools. Counseled students on their educational options and met with students and families to determine if dual enrollment was in alignment with their career and higher education aspirations. Led program recruitment efforts through informational parent nights, the creation of a YouTube channel, and social media campaigns.
