• Design the Foundation’s print and electronic collateral materials from conception through production
• Assist with the creation, writing, and publication of magazines, brochures, email blasts, newsletters,grant announcements, invitations, and lead development pieces
• Serve as a cross team thought partner and a project manager for internal creative service requests
• In coordination with the Marketing & Communications Specialist, develop the strategy and design ofsocial media campaigns that align with the Foundation’s mission, messaging, and branding.
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and update content on the Foundation website, including an annualaudit to ensure a seamless user experience
• Ensure consistency of brand, message, and presentation

• Manage digital and direct mail communication projects from conception through to finished projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with contract graphic designers, printers, copywriters, and web developers for on-time project delivery
• Develop and update cross-departmental Asana communications calendar to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure cohesion across Advancement department
• Create written and visual content for e-appeals, digital newsletters, donor impact reports, and fundraising postcards
• Execute virtual donor events from invitation through to run of show
• Design graphics for digital advertisements, website, app, e-newsletters, and video streams

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Processing and promptly acknowledging gifts for all campaigns and special events
• Serving as development department’s database manager to meticulously update Tessitura records based on contacts with donors and prospects and as requested by development staff
• Organized and managed the weekly department forecast to track progress

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Fielding questions from patrons about Meadows School of the Arts activities, performances, and productions
• Preparing promotional materials for Meadows School of the Arts events
• Assisting with Meadows event management

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Assisting with the coordination of special events including members-only exhibition opening receptions, the Nasher Prize annual gala and VIP dinner, and various Nasher Prize Community Month programs
• Helping staff with administrative tasks associated with the Nasher’s membership program.
• Researching individual donor prospects, corporations, and foundations and creating comprehensive and detailed profiles
• Assisting with updates, entry for special projects, events, addresses, updates, membership appeals, and general data entry on Blackbaud's Altru
• Learning requisite skills for programming and executing queries, imports, reports, etc.
