I use the Fin365 (Microsoft Dynamics) database to create Power BI visualisations for client data, employee productivity, and overall business performance. This included insight into client demographics, funds under management, revenue dispersion across clients, identifying KPIs, identifying areas to improve employee productivity, dashboards for P&I insurance, and compliance and data integrity.I design and implement Experlogix Document Automation using the Experlogix Template Builder Microsoft Add-in, creating 27 compliant and personalised documents for over 240 ongoing clients.

I improved overall data entry and quality by identifying key fields in the Fin365 database for employees to update throughout the client review process, ultimately improving staff efficiency.I supported financial advisers and associate advisers with the client review process, including preparing documents (balance sheets, client questionnaires, meeting agendas, meeting snapshots, meeting roadmaps, cashflows).

I establish and maintain post-adoption relationships with over 200 new pet owners by offering guidance, resources, and support. I document these adoption follow-ups and maintain detailed records of each cat's progress in their new home. Additionally, I work under strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for approximately 100 shelter cats.

In a team of other data science students, I used advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to analyse and optimise Formula 1 race performance. Using simulation data, we used incremental segment optimisation and a random forest model to draw actionable insights for Oracle's Formula 1 team. We also created interactive visualisations using Tableau and Python. The result was a High Distinction.

In a team of other students, I participated in the Industry Sandbox Project to harvest sustainability and leverage ESG (environmental, social, and governance) analytics in an Australian agricultural context. My group and I created a dashboard using Power BI to gain insights into ESG challenges to guide and support farmers. The result was a High Distinction.

I collaborated with up to 5 team members to manage busy periods, monitored 10 fitting rooms, and maintained accurate inventory counts.
