In my role as a key contributor to KPMG's Creative team, I spearheaded the overhaul of our briefing and workflow management system, focusing on efficiency and collaboration. I managed project schedules, delegated tasks to designers, and ensured effective communication with stakeholders for alignment on timelines and expectations.I organised and optimised the shared drive for branding, emphasising accessibility and cohesion. Simultaneously, I maintained coordination with external suppliers for operational fluidity. In addition to these responsibilities, I applied my design skills in various projects, including PowerPoint deliverables, reports, EDMs, and social media posts. Notably, I played a significant role in coordinating the Coming Out Day video for Global Pride@KPMG and designing the KPMG New Zealand Insurance Update for 2022.

In my role as the sole Designer closely collaborating with the Marketing Manager, I oversaw creative elements across 12 offices in the Wellington Region. My design work included social media posts, print collateral, reports, auction results, and various materials.A notable part of my work focused on the COVID-19 response. In the second lockdown, we strategically shifted our approach, emphasising our digital voice over the traditional print-first method. This adjustment helped us navigate pandemic challenges and maintain a strong communication strategy.

To kickstart my design career, I joined The Training Practice, a company specialising in learning, consulting, and coaching. In this role, I efficiently produced high-quality documents and training materials, while also managing the updates and maintenance of the website and social media platforms. This hands-on experience not only improved my skills but also led to a significant opportunity—the redesign of the company's logo.After successfully redesigning the logo, I streamlined the brand identity and revamped all collateral, contributing to a more cohesive and impactful visual representation for The Training Practice.
