As a manager, in addition to all my previous duties as game master, I answer calls and schedule bookings as well as communicating and coordinating with coworkers to keep up with the booking schedule even when busy. I take charge of solving any issues that may arise with technology or logistics to ensure a smooth experience for every customer. Additionally, I have begun working with PLC technology, helping to run the logic setups for new escape rooms that are more automated than those we've had in the past.

I worked as part of a small team developing an improved haptic wristband device capable of providing varied, distinguishable and consistent communications from robot to human in order for the human to more accurately provide timely feedback to the robot as it learns its task. I also worked with small drones in order to develop a methodology of controlling multiple at once to be used in various lab studies.
