Current- Manage and coordinate client reservations and schedules through EMS software.- Provide personalized service by addressing client inquiries and requests.- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for clients.- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk or reception area.- Handle phone calls and email inquiries, responding to client needs and concerns promptly.- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill special requests or service requirements.- Provide clients with information on services, policies, and general facility details.- Track and maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback.- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality service and following up on any unresolved issues.
