Worked on controlling and profitability process for Management Reporting

- To ensure proper accounting of financial entries and preparation of daily, monthly, annual, and other financial reports at regional level.- Responsible for collection of financial data from the sales locations for review and recording of transactions in SAP- Review and finalization of all monthly financial entries of sales location in compliance with company’s policies and procedure.i.e petty cash, cash on hand, cash on bank, debtors, accruals & prepayment.- To ensure that assets stated in the balance sheet are complete accurate, fair, adequately sustained by reviewing general ledger balances regularly in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.- Preparation of overhead commentary reports, flash reports, rolling forecast and identify and analyze exact reason for variances in actual v/s budget.- Preparation of regional & depot wise profit & loss accounts and related reports. - Preparation and analyzing of monthly payroll related reports such as overtime, trip allowance, medical and deductions.- Coordinating with depots for the preparation of quarterly audit file for external auditors, Ensures the timely completion of reports, records, and other documentation require by division level.

Involved in the following: -Monitoring and recording accounting transactionResponsible for collection of financial data from the sales, reiew and recording of transactions in tally 9.ERPReconcile of cash statement to bank statement every month and updating in tally.Monitoring Overheads vs budget and preparing the statement’s.Reconciliation and Confirmation of debtors and creditors balances.Preparing and presenting Profit and loss Account, Balance sheet for review with branch manager.Weekly internal auditing departmental wise and cross checking the departmental files to accounts books within in the organisation.Reconciliation of fixed assets record with integrated data Monitoring of intangible asset, accruals, prepayments and other receivables records.Liaison with tax authorities for sales tax and income tax audit.Internal Audit and Special Assignments:Examine and evaluating the effectiveness and adequacy of financial, operational and management control established by an organization.Examine the extent of compliance with relevance of, and financial effects of, policies, standards, plans and procedures established by the entity and the extent of compliance with external laws and regulations, including reporting requirement of regulatory bodies.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and accounting records and other management information.Inquiring and investigating unusual transactions and discrepancies and to deduct error and fraud if any.Preparation of internal audit reports to inform management about any weakness observed in the internal control system and operations, indicate the risk implication and providing recommendations for improvement, based on the work of internal audit.AchievementsI was awarded “Employee of the year” in the region for the Year 2014, at Almarai Co.
