As the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at The Coding Initiative, I lead strategic development efforts to promote computer science among youth. My responsibilities include securing partnerships, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and expanding our programs to reach a wider audience. I work closely with educators, industry professionals, and volunteers to organize community events, coding competitions, and learning sessions, all aimed at engaging and inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts.

I was privileged to be accepted into Girls Who Code, an esteemed program dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. As a participant, I have the opportunity to enhance my coding skills, learn from industry professionals, and collaborate with like-minded peers who share my passion for empowering women in the tech sector.

As an Audio Visual Technician at Spring ISD Ford Stadium, I manage the audiovisual studio during football games. This involves setting up cameras, directing camera operators, and overseeing the operation of image broadcasting software to ensure a seamless game viewing experience.

I have contributed to Spring ISD by performing comprehensive hardware repairs on school laptops, including motherboard, CPU, fans, cameras, LEDs, among others. I have also handled BIOS system modifications across numerous high schools within the district. Additionally, I have successfully enrolled over 1200 laptops in Spring ISD's device management service, enhancing operational efficiency.
