Roles and Responsibilities:Provide leadership to a team of 20 associates – Act as the First Point of Contact for all Process related Queries, Escalations, etc.,Manage the process & work closely with the Stateside Partners and LOB for all process deliverables, reviews, etc., on an ongoing basisManage the MIS responsibility for the process, provide accurate and timely reports and other process information/ data to the key stakeholders & stateside partnersPerform periodic audit of transactions processed by associates to check for timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the transaction – provide subsequent feedback to the associates to reinforce positive behavior and coach them as well.Operational reports & deliverables: Generating and Maintaining of process-level Reports like SLA Adherence, Headcount, Attrition, Absenteeism, etc.,Proactive tracking of key items like IPR, BCP, CTC, Access Review, ALP Trainings, etc.Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement as a culture in the process – generate new ideas & encouraging newer ways of adding value to the process, sharing ideas across sites to replicate best practices.Responsible for monitoring people performances, identifying areas of development and drawing action plan (Coaching and Feedback) in order to get Associates to meet business standards. Work on people developmental initiatives and create opportunity for people to grow thereby ensuring unscheduled absenteeism and attrition is under control. Review the performance of the Team Members on an ongoing basis and conduct weekly and Monthly Reviews & Annual Appraisals. Develop strong inter-personal relationships with the team to cohesively bond them together with the company and integrate them with the vision and core values.Follows the proper risk disciplines to deliver the best outcomes. Work with the risk and compliance team during corporate audits.Establish and expand relationships with key individuals.
