GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure and keep all plant mechanical equipment in good operating conditions by:• Proper preventive maintenance of all machines.• Maintain Daily Break Down report.• Scheduling repairs: weekly, monthly, and major shutdown of plant equipment.• Manage maintenance team for schedule & urgent maintenance. • Preparing & generation necessary documentation and technical reports required by top management.• Actively participating & coordinating with other technical staff for the smooth operation of plant & equipments.• Ensure all safety measurements (HSE)• Provide Technical information to other departments (Purchase, Store, and Production).EQUIPMENTS• Printing Machines (L-540, S-640, Markendy P-3 & 2200, U.V Coater).• Die Cutting Machines (BOB 102, 102-E, 1080, Senetar Eline-115).• Label Inspection & Cutting Machines.• Pasting Machines (OMEGA, FEUGO, BOBST, and JAGENBERG).• Piston Type Compressors & Dryer of all machines. • 2 CAT Diesel Engine (365KW Each) & Perkin Diesel Engine (260KW). • Daiken Packets Unites. (15 Tons Each).• Split AC of Offices. (1-2 Tons Each).• Taping Machines.• Water cooler Unites.

(Capacity 9.6 Mega Watt).• HOT WATER FIRED SINGLE EFFECT ABSORBTION CHIILLER. (300 Tons).• ATLAS CAPCO SCREW TYPE AIR COMPRESSOR. (12.2 M3/MIN, 10 BAR MAX PRESSURES Each).• AIR MOISTURE DRYER.• WASTE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR CHILLER.• COOLING TOWERS.• HEAT EXCHANGER.• BOILERS.• CENTRFUGAL PUMPS.• BOSTER PUMPS.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Schedule repair of plant equipments in LONG SHUT DOWN.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESB-TECH 1ST YEAR TRAINING PROGRAME:• Routine maintenance of depart machines.• Maintain Daily diary of your work in plant. • Report your daily work two times in month to institute. EQUPMENT:• HOOBING.• GRINDING.• SHAVING.• LATH.• MILLING.• CNC LATH.• CNC MILLING.• COPY MILLING.• OVER HEAD CRANES.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Check & maintained the quality of packing of product. (Sachet, Box, Pouches, skillets)• Remove error in machine throw machine operator & its technicians.• Maintain daily check list hourly basis of all machine.• Report your superior about any fault in machine.• Make sure about product weight is correct & as per standard.
