Supply chain: • Managing and modification of order creation on time, pricing and invoicing information. •Planning budgets and controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season and upcoming promotions, Season and product availability and raising, controlling of orders to suppliers. •Working closely with suppliers and facilitate supplier set up and master data information in the system. •Engaging the needs and objectives of buyers, suppliers, merchandiser, logistics and distribution teams. •Monitor the Order fulfilment for all stores of DTS. Manage all weekly and monthly Promotions. •Ensuring replenishment and to maintain optimal stock level of above 95% in all Stores. •Handled biggest range of centralized categories as form of Sports, Toys, DIY, Car-care, Stationery, Electrical seasonal, Staff-uniforms, Newspaper and Home utilities successfully. Reporting and Management: •Responsible for preparing weekly KPI Reports and Lead Time Report for supplier’s analysis. •Preparing OCS and Mismatches reports to the internal management, Merchandiser, suppliers, buyers and logistic teams. •Proven ability to ensure that the products are delivered in a good state and on time in right place. •Having regular meetings with Leads, Managers and Stakeholders to calibrate and work towards process improvements, updating the SOP’s and training the new team members.•Conduct weekly meeting, capture expectations and communicate the next step to the team members.

Process Associate and Quality Analyst: •Manage incoming client order and billing the invoices as per the received orders. •Updating the order summary report to the stakeholders. •Formally evaluate new team members and provide appropriate input to the Line manager. •Assist in training team members on operation procedures & policies. •Providing feedback regularly to the team on quality check.
