Being Head of Tax department, I am responsible for taxation of group companies which includes tax planning and reporting, filing of all federal & provincial sales tax returns, withholding tax returns, income tax returns, and managing all federal and provincial tax audits & compliances of all four group companies.Finance department is responsible for monthly financial closings, fixed assets, inventory and account payables of Transworld associates, It’s also responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual separate and condensed financial statements, monthly group reporting of consolidated accounts and coordinating quarterly and annual audits of consolidated financials of Transworld group.Special Projects and achievements:-) Successful Led Fixed Assets cleansing and tagging exercise of the company. An FAR of more than two decades with >5000 Assets geographically dispersed in multiple locations.-) Currently leading SAP S/4 Hana reimplementation exercise of the Trans World Group.
