The CloudPower project results from the research and development of XtremWeb-HEP, lead by INRIA, CNRS, University Paris XI and ENS Lyon. Its goal is to offer a low cost Cloud HPC service for small and medium-sized innovative companies. With CloudPower, companies and scientists will run their simulations to design and develop new products on a powerful, scalable, economical, reliable and secure infrastructure. The principle of the technology is to collect the under-exploited resources on the Internet to build a virtual supercomputer providing HPC services on demand. CloudPower will implement SaaS / PaaS portal for customers and develop extensions to allow commercial exploitation of unused resources.- Applied a scientific approach, the lean startup methodology, to develop the project and get the desired product to customers' hands faster by adopting business-hypothesis-driven experimentation- Implemented scenarios and demonstrations, which illustrate the ability of CloudPower to increase competitiveness, research and marketing of innovative SMEs

- Coordination of project related activities with all the internal departments of the company (business analysis, project management and development) and clients;- Lead generation, engagement and telemarketing, in particular with B2B clients, such as media agencies, publishers and IT-companies;- Creation and maintenance of project and clients deals in the Cloud-CRM-System Pipedrive;- Liaising with clients and developers to define user requirements and to create commercially viable, competitive solutions (for iPhone, Android, Crossplatform and web applications, such as application flow and user interface design);- Analysis, benchmarking and segmentation of business competitors, including strategic positioning and pricing;- Preparation of offers and contracts according to client and project specific conditions;- Usage of the latest online sales tools (Basecamp, Pipedrive CRM, Rightsignature and Freshbooks);- Creation of a PR, marketing and Social Media strategy as part of a rebranding process.In addition to that, I was also part of an entrepreneurial task force to explore and set up an entirely new service, « EvoMob », and beta-launch it out in the French market. EvoMob is a cost effective technology solution for website owners to add a mobile optimized website to their existing web offering, thereby capitalizing on the growing usage of smartphones to browse websites. I was involved from the very beginning on, studying the product, the SMB market in Italy, Germany and France, identified customer segments, analyzed competitors and different pricing strategies. I also created an entire pitch presentation from the initialstrategic side all the way to the final presentation. Finally, I also engaged with end-customers directly, as well as worked towards establishing business and reseller relationships as an alternative distribution channel for this new service.EvoMob has been selected to be part of the Microsoft Venture Accelerator in Berlin in November 2013.
