In lieu of gaining knowledge and hands on experience in digital media productions, I also learned how create and manage websites through Wordpress.Other relevant experience I value is 16 years experience in Customer Service with 8 years experience in leadership roles. I have collaborated with several different sales teams for Costco Wholesale Warehouses #631 and #1389 and led both stores to national success in total Executive membership sign-ups and Executive membership upgrades. During my six year tenure as a Membership specialist, I have led warehouse #631 to being ranked 3rd in the country in Executive membership upgrades and I have led warehouse #1389 to being ranked 1st in the country five times for fiscal calendar year '21.
