As a dedicated leader, accomplished graduate, with a wealth of wisdom in customer service, marketing and sales, I am eager to expand my knowledge and skillset for future endeavors. I am dedicated to achieving excellence at all levels and more dedicated to help others achieve the same success.I have collaborated with several digital media groups at Kennesaw State University to produce several documentary films and Montage films. In lieu of gaining knowledge and hands on experience in digital media productions, I also learned how create and manage websites through Wordpress.Other relevant experience I value is 16 years experience in Customer Service with 8 years experience in leadership roles. I have collaborated with several different sales teams for Costco Wholesale Warehouses #631 and #1389 and led both stores to national success in total Executive membership sign-ups and Executive membership upgrades. During my six year tenure as a Membership specialist, I have led warehouse #631 to being ranked 3rd in the country in Executive membership upgrades and I have led warehouse #1389 to being ranked 1st in the country five times for fiscal calendar year '21. I hope to expand my career and success and connect with like-minded and goal-driven individuals similar to myself.
