I perform administrative duties for the Dean of the College of Education & Health such as:- Maintaining financial and educational records for the Dean's office.- Acting as a liaison between faculty, students, other staff within the college, as well as communicating with external offices and organizations on the behalf of the Dean's office.- Maintaining student records.- Providing student support for obtaining Educator Licenses.- Assisting with compiling reports for state agencies, creating forms.- Assisting in proofing academic publications before submission.- Planning events and camps held by the College.

Remote technical assistance for phones, personal computers, streaming devices, and network support coupled account services and general customer service support.

Throughout 11 years I moved from a full time customer service associate helping customers with day to day needs and solving problems, to maintaining a cash vault with anywhere from 100k to 750k a day coming in and out, then moved to working in the billing and invoicing department for one of the largest Wal-Mart locations in the state of Arkansas. Filing and maintaining detailed paperwork was involved in every aspect of my job as well as customer service.
